American People's Public Trust

Our United Republic is an American Private Community Public Trust in the Trust Division through the USMCA Treaty of July 2020. Our United Republic is a Community Public Organization Designed to establish Congregational Affiliations and Adjoinders for American Individuals to Organize their Local Communities and establish their own Private Community Trust for themselves to create a real separation between the Church in Trust and The State for Profit Divisions using the full power and authority of the American Bill of Rights Freedom to Assemble, appoint Officers and Delegates, Secure Property and Things, and Establish the Foundations within an American Ministerial Community Congregation reestablishing the political bands that our American Nation was founded upon.

OUR Mission to reform the S.E.A.T of Government on North America for The American National Republic as A People's- Nation-State at LAW

The Current North American Continental Reformation Plan to Re-Interlock the American People and Indigenous Inhabitants With Their American National Grand Army of the Republic Under Law.

Please remember, until replaced Our United Republic and The Brotherhood in Tribulation of the American People will assume authority over Specific Judiciary Records for Each Provincial Village Community as the EAT in SEAT of Govt.

Once an OUR Judicial Archivist is Appointed to the Individual County Organization’s Trust and the US Military Judge Advocate Generals assume the mechanism of FORCE, the current State County and Special District SEATs will lose their Absolute Authority over the whole SEAT of Govt.

The E.A.T. will be moved to the Private Community Trust put in at the Sponsored and Recorded Territory UPS Terminal.

The Current Projected Model will be:

E: Earth – Public Property Records – US Navy – Provinces of State Revenue Business – At Admiralty Law
A: Areas and Zones – US Army – Villages (US Census Designated Places) for Private/Public Land and Probate at Equity Law and Law of the Sea for Public Person Criminal Law
T: Territory – US Marine Corps – Relations between Churches, Community, Boroughs, and Parishes for Individual Rights and Civil Liberty at US General Law

The County Govts, State Govts, and US Fed Govt will be regulators and external for revenue sources and transactions being moved back to the S in SEAT or (Sea) under United States Maritime Law with the US Coast Guard and FinCen.

All the aforementioned are still under the United States Constitution at Article III and NOT at American Common Law or Canon Law which is where this entire operation is headed.

Once the Power Structure for SEAT of Govt is completed, the time will have arrived to charge and begin American Common Law and American Canon Law Trial Courts to prosecute those with duties and those with Honorable Noble Conditions to have their social status corrected based on their actions and behavior. This includes those entrusted with great power.

American Veterans who have dishonored themselves will be prosecuted at trial by jury under the Rules of the Common Law per Amendment VII. If declared fact at law by verdict, they will be individually dishonored and have their American Veteran status revoked, returning them to the public as foreign United States citizens and Indigenous inhabitants under civil and state statutory authority or worse—down to community restrained management.

During the process of reformation, Our United Republic can make recommendations and assist in administration of hearings for affiliated organizations, but we are not an authority over those affiliated individual organizations as the mechanism of FORCE is not charged YET.

Common Law is difficult because it facilitates individuality at each level and forces respect for boundaries and each one’s ability to fail or succeed based on performance—and the chance to turn from bad behavior and clean up the mess.

Each will be responsible for the sin they are aware of and are not aware of. Failure to seek the knowledge of sin hidden in ignorance is still debt upon the soul.

This is the way.

Innovation is the Key to the American Republic as a Nation of Peoples, Our United Republic’s drive is to recognize the American Peoples have a duty to their Nation and its founding principles. America is not going back to 1776 and realizes its Nation needs a path to re-establish its founding Principles at the Individual, Community, Provincial, National, and Inter-National Jurisdictions. It also must recognize and develop healthy limitations and restraints when necessary and proper to bring balance between the familial relations of American Individuals as the diverse people they are, The American Nation, The United States, and The United States of America, which are clear and distinctly separate political bodies with different roles and different limitations. We are driven by a vision to create solutions that shape a brighter future for OUR People, OUR Nation, and OUR Sacred Souls.

The Brotherhood in Tribulation of the American People and Our United Republic makes every effort to remain within Article II and Article III: Trust Division at American General Law through the Judge Advocate Division Main USMC and Private Individual Equity through the Judge Advocate General Corp US Army and Army Air Corps for the United States of America.

Notice for Summary of Process to Recipients

Our United Republic services and assistance operate by American Constitutional Duty and Excise Principles based on the Individual Organization and depending on the abilities, skills, and knowledge of the Affiliating Members and their selected and put forth in Trust Delegates Representatives.

We understand this process can be extensive, and it should be understood, The American Origination of Community Trust Process is not for single Individuals but is specifically designed to facilitate an association of Relative Common Community Private Trust in the Burrough/County or in a United States Area Special District to be an anchoring point for other community members to adjoin.

Just some of the processes and requirements will include establishing a UPS American Territory Private Mail Boxes for shipping and processing for each public trust to have secured document exchange and conveyances. Each situation for the specific organization will be somewhat different depending on how the County and States are structured, which will require research to make sure the vocabulary is correct and synchronized to the Individual Public Trust, Organized Community Common Trust, Sol Individual Sub Trusts, and Customized Constitution. This is extremely important if vehicles, things, or arms are conveyed into the Associated Community Trust, which will require a Keep and Armory and a Sargent at Arms designated to facilitate and log possessions within the Community.

Finally, this process is going to be a learning experience, as each organization comes online, they can begin assisting members of their communities to prepare their own Individual Sub-Trust with consultation from the ascending organization or possibly assist The Brotherhood by traveling and helping other American Communities and Organizations separate their Trust Division Participation from the all-inclusive current for Profit participation.
